Your child's safety and privacy come first. Here is exactly what we do with the information you give us.

We ask for verifiable parental consent. A registration cannot be completed without a parent or guardian confirming it — this is enforced by the booking system itself, not just a tick box on a form.

We collect only what a camp actually needs. That means your contact details, your child's first name and age, and any allergy or medical note that keeps them safe on the day. We do not ask for a surname, a school, an address, or anything else we would not use.

Children's details are never public. Only staff can read registrations. When a child's article is published it shows a first name and an age — never a surname, school, contact details or anything that could identify them.

Nothing a child writes goes live unreviewed. Every story submitted through the site goes into a review queue, and a member of our editorial team has to approve it before anyone else can read it.

There is no advertising and no tracking. We do not run ad tech, we do not profile children, and we do not sell or share your data.
